This course is available to all active and inactive Certified Equine and Saddle Ergonomists who wish to maintain their certification. The course allows students 60 days to complete their re-certification from the date of enrollment, so please be sure to have all materials and media ready BEFORE you register as the course will automatically expire.
The re-certification process requires students to present the following:
Certified Equine Ergonomists
- 3 Full Evaluations completed within the last 2 months
- Photos of the horse mapped from the Left and Behind
- Photos of the horse with the saddle from the Left & Behind
- Photos of the rider in the saddle on a saddle stand
- Video of horse – Lunged
- Video of horse – Ridden Dynamic
Certified Saddle Ergonomist
- 3 Full Evaluations completed within the last 2 months
- Photos of the horse mapped from the Left and Behind
- Photos of the horse with the saddle from the Left & Behind
- Photos of the rider in the saddle on a saddle stand
- Video of horse – Lunged
- Video of horse – Ridden Dynamic
- Saddle Adjustment Summary
The review will take place via Zoom and will require you to submit all the necessary documents, images, and videos at least 10 days prior to the scheduled session. Sessions that have been booked, but have not received the accompanying files will be canceled.
The Zoom sessions are 2 hours in length but may vary depending on the student.
